Join the Novozymes team, lead by your superhero, Alphie (the alpha-amylase) through an adventure in ethanol production.
Together with his friends, Alphie turns corn into ethanol by chomping down as much starch as possible, converting the starches and dextrins to sugar and then devouring all the sugars and producing ethanol and carbon dioxide.
